Melissa Norton Vincent​

is an Island girl raised in Edgartown, Ma. Born into a family of believers, Melissa was raised in a home that valued relationship with Jesus. 

She is a  wife and mother of a blended family of 7 including 4 girls and 3 boys, as well as a Gigi to 13 grandchildren spread from Martha’s Vineyard to Las Vegas.

Melissa is the Executive Director of a non-profit housing rehabilitation organization, and she is a Certified Prophetic Heart Healing Prayer Minister, noting, “I have opportunities to be a bridge to the people I meet, bringing a new way of thinking by providing insight and clarity into the way in which God sees them, and the identity that they carry through Him. I am Gods identity renovator and catalyst for change”.

Melissa is a Deacon at Beacon of Hope, a Children's Minister, Board Member, and loves to study and speak Gods word to strengthen, encourage and comfort all whenever the opportunity arises.

​Wednesday, December 24 at 6:30 PM we will join with the First Baptist Church in Vineyard Haven for worship. This is something we do annually with our brothers and sisters in Christ, having beautiful, traditional worship together as we celebrate His birth in Bethlehem and presence with us today.

BEGINNING IN JANUARY

we will gather to eat (Potluck, so please bring something to share), watch a 30-minute film about the New Testament, and then talk about it.

These recordings are an excellent and relevant way to learn more about the Bible, and the discussion is real, honest, and helpful.

6-7:30 PM at 90 Oyster Pond Road in Edgartown (please call ahead so we know how many to plan for).

*Saturday, December 6 at 5:30 PM all are welcome to a Christmas Party at Derek & Brenda Cruz's home at 8 Fresh Pond Road in Oak Bluffs. Plenty of food and fun, maybe even a game and a Christmas Carol, as well!

*Sunday, December 14 immediately after the Morning Worship Service we'll have our Annual Church Christmas Party at the YMCA. Potluck Lunch, so bring something to share, as well as a $5 gift to exchange!
